About Carlos Torres Carlos Torres Visiting Student, Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory Carlos Torres was a Visting Student from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV), at the Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory, in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Carlos obtained his Master's degree in Physics from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV) in Mexico City, Mexico in 2016.
