About
Kishor Upadhyaya is pursuing his Ph.D. in Physics from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, India and is a visiting student at Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). His present work is on Metal-Nitride semiconductor hybrid nanostructures for sensing applications. He is a recipient of Seed Money for Young Scientist Research award by Vision Group of Science and Technology (VGST), Govt. of Karnataka, India.
Research Interests:
Kishor’s research interests include metal-semiconductor hybrid nanomaterials and sensing devices. He is well versed with state-of-the-art sophisticated techniques like Molecular Beam Epitaxy, Chemical Vapour Deposition, Physical Vapour Deposition, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy and Electron Microscopy.
