EE206 Device Physics is a new course introduced at KAUST since Fall 2016. It focuses on the semiconductor physics and quantum mechanics that enable electronic devices. Welcome to register or audit it. The syllabus can be downloaded here.

EE390B Special Topics in Solid State Devices is a new course introduced at KAUST since Spring 2018. It focuses on cutting-edge device research based on the third generation semiconductor, i. e. wide bandgap semiconductor.
