About
Alaa Almushaikeh is an applied physics master’s student at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and a student at the KAUST Advanced Semiconductor Laboratory under the supervision of Professor Xiaohang Li.
Before joining KAUST, Alaa worked as a researcher at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in Riyadh.
Research interest
Growth of semiconductor materials, fabrication of physics devices including sensors for industrial and medical applications.
